Our mission

1929: the Company “COMPAGNIE GÉNÉRALE BELGE DES ISOLANTS” (General Insulation Company of Belgium) was founded; the name was then shortened to COGEBI. We are now highly present all over Europe, America and Asia to deliver Mica materials meeting international quality standards.

Today, COGEBI group has become the world leader in manufacturing industrial mica-based products that are resistant to high voltage, high temperatures and fire.  We always look forward and have an R&D department commited to innovation and creativity to design and develop new products and technologies. Our manufacturing goes from the mica mineral to the finished product through vertical integration including control of the entire production chain. Our products and domain of activities concerns:
