Vacuum Pressure Impregnation
Cogemica VPI tapes meet all requirements of VPI technology for the production of top-rate high-voltage machines. Important manufacturers of electrical rotating machines use these products all over the world. These tapes are unique, effective, have outstanding quality and comply with the relevant IEC 371 standards. The tapes with and without accelerator (609ASR and 609R, respectively) are single backed, whereas the 608 tapes are double backed. All enjoy excellent porosity based typically on uncalcined muscovite Cogemica mica paper.
